Ep 196 | We're Sailing! First Trip Out with Family on Board, Whitsundays, Australia

In our quest to nail down great recipes and techniques for our Kimberley trip, Wendy makes pesto out of the Woolworth’s basil which began as little seedlings on Nutshell. This pesto will be put into a sterilised jar and covered in olive oil. We’ll see how it survives. Wendy continues with the dodger and sews in a clear. We head out to the Whitsunday Islands to Stonehaven Anchorage with our youngest daughter, Emily, on board and have a poke around with Peanut IV. We are testing out Nutshell and Peanut IV. We play a little beach cricket, because we can and Magnus fixes the cable on Wally so we have steering again, yay! It’s a wonderful few days away, and apart from a small fire in the engine bay, Nutshell and Peanut IV perform superbly! Thanks for watching.
