DIY PRESSURE CANNING ON A BOAT [Side Adventure #4]
Join us on board our sailboat in Mexico as we walk through the steps of preserving fresh meat. We start with some local chorizo, and in just a few hours we process it to be completely sealed in mason jars and preserved via pressure canning, staying fresh for months on end without refrigeration.
