Wanting to avoid crowds, they booked a private catamaran tour with us. We spent the day together sailing, snorkeling, grilling & chilling. In this video, we visit an iconic site on Bonaire: 1,000 Steps. It is both a popular snorkel and dive spot on the island, named for the many steps you must climb up/down to reach the beach. Bonaire's Reef is a protected marine park and we were the only boat on site! We hopped off the boat and went for an amazing snorkel where we saw some of our favorites: trumpet fish, turtle and (Julia's favorite) a scrawled file fish.
