This action-packed episode sees Bohemia's crew up-anchor from the pretty - but private - Islas Secas Resort on Panama's Pacific Coast, making a beeline for Isla Brincanco in the Coiba National Park. We then visited the small community of Bahia Honda and were greeted by a stream of smiling locals arriving on their hand-made dug out wooden kayaks. Exploring the town and feeling a warm welcome from the local people living in this remote and isolated community was a real treat for us!
