Bangkok still WILD & CRAZY - so what we do in here? / Sailing Aquarius #77

Please note this was January 2020, before Covid-19 pandemic, and the lockdowns that would follow. Our route to circumnavigate will put Aquarius on West side of Thailand, and our first stop with Aquarius will be Phuket or Krabi. Bangkok is on the other side of Peninsula, so, no way to get there on Aquarius unless we want to sail back down the Malacca Strait and around Singapore. We still have some business to do in Bangkok, and flights from Langkawi are cheap - so while Aquarius sits safely in a Langkawi Marina, Z and I hop a plane for Bangkok. There we visit China Town, Famous Khao San Rd., ride Chao Phraya River back and fourth, stop at Wat Arun in Bangkok - Temple of Dawn, then BMK shopping mall, get good dose of massages and "view" the crazy food options. We finish our visit to Bangkok with River Dinner Cruise. Join us!
