It's time to say goodbye to Martinique and set sail for another Caribbean island — ST. LUCIA! But first, we have a few things to take care of! We make one last provisioning stop in Le Marin, Martinique, where convenient dockside access makes loading up our dinghy with groceries and supplies so much easier. When you live on a sailboat, even a simple grocery run can be an adventure! With our boat stocked up, we head to the charming seaside village of Sainte-Anne for one last stroll through Martinique before raising our sails and heading south. The passage starts beautifully, with great sailing conditions as we make our way across the channel toward St. Lucia. But just as we approach the island, the waves really start building, giving us a much bumpier arrival than expected! We finally make our way into Rodney Bay, drop the anchor, and settle into a new country, ready for the next chapter of our Caribbean sailing adventure.
