We have gone without Hooters long enough! Hot wings that is, so we made our own onboard. Then the rains came overnight filling our dinghy and causing a flood that washed the trash out of Luperon, Dominican Republic into the ocean. Listen carefully because QP knows the simple solution for this pollution problem.
