Before Sail & Doxie set sail towards the Mediterranean, we teamed up to tackle a crucial task—cleaning out their diesel tank and polishing the fuel using our DIY fuel polishing system. Dirty fuel and sludge buildup can be a nightmare at sea, but with a little ingenuity (and a few hours of work), their tank is now spotless, the fuel is clean, and the engine is ready for the journey ahead. In this episode, we show you how we built and used a simple but effective diesel fuel polishing setup onboard.
