With a nicely put together victory in the first race and an equally accomplished second position on the first day of the Puerto Portals 52 SUPER SERIES Sailing Week, Harm Muller Spreer's 2023 overall champions on Platoon Aviation, today looked much more like the team which has won three TP52 World titles. The German flagged team, led by Italian tactician Vasco Vascotto, have been struggling to get the best so far from their new TP52 this season and suffered a setback in Newport when they lost their rudder at the first of the two events there. But today, back in the modest 8-10 knots sea breezes of the familiar Bay of Palma, they looked for all the world like the title winning Platoon of old, as they pieced two really solid results together to lead Tony Langley's recently crowned, Rolex TP52 World Champions, Gladiator, by a single point. After no wind on the final day in Pingtan Island, the final standings were determined based on earlier results from the week. Both Ghio, and Suardiaz, put down a winning marker in the opening Marathon Race, last Wednesday, and both performed to a very high level in the short course racing of the opening series. With no racing able to take place on the final day, the medallists celebrated their success with a hair-rising ride on a giant inflatable Pikachu. The first race this year started in Rouen, took Wolf Rock, off the western end of England, to port, and finishes in Sea-hort, back in France. It is 615 nautical miles, and the boats are sailed by one person.

The first 24 hours of the second leg of The Ocean Race Europe delivered a rollercoaster night for the IMOCA fleet. After blasting out of Portsmouth in strong downwind conditions, the seven teams were brought to a standstill off Ushant, trapped in a transition zone where the breeze collapsed and the race reset itself. For Team Malizia, it was a night of big decisions and hard work. After a solid start out of the Solent, Boris Herrmann’s crew opted for the northern route alongside Biotherm and Team Canada Ocean Racing. It proved to be the right call: while other teams stalled offshore, Malizia held on in the leading trio through the night, fighting for every mile in shifting, unstable winds. The Channel had stretched the fleet nearly 40 miles from front to back, but by dawn the pack was compressed to within a handful of miles. Biotherm clung to a narrow lead, Canada briefly grabbed the spotlight with a surge into first, and Malizia kept the pressure on, well positioned for the drag race now unfolding down the Atlantic towards Portugal. From perfect spinnaker sailing out of Cowes, to a windless crawl off Brittany, the crew onboard Malizia - Seaexplorer have already experienced the extremes of this leg. After a sleepless night of transitions and constant sail changes, the race is now wide open as the fleet points south. How to cook seabass very easy and very tasty. In a common kitchen. In electric grill of the cooker. No special eqiupment needed. We are cooking the fish from our spearfishing, feel free to use any fish red or white, fresh or frozen. Cook it and you will like it! Stay safe and healthy! Всем здоровья и хорошего настроения!🌿 Please find below the English translation of the recipe: To add to the fish a nice slightly smoky taste we use common wooden boards. Such boards can be found at any shop that sells accessories for grill. Or you can use any board that you have of similar sizes. Except boards from fir-trees or other needle trees because they have too much resin and provide too much smell. We put the boards in the water for 30 minutes, after that they are ready for use. Optionally you can add to the water lemon juice, pome-granate juice, sliced ginger. For this way of cooking you can use any fish: fresh or frozen, white or red. We are cooking seabass from our spearfishing. Sometimes we cook salmon or trout on board too, and it is really delicious. For preparation of the fish for cooking in electric grill please see our previous video where we cook dorada. When this is done add some olive oil, salt and spices or herbs of your liking and insert toothsticks to separate the sides of the fish. Put the fish on the board. You can also add some lemon on the sides, just see that it doesn't touch the fish. Now we are ready for the grill! Check every 5 minutes. Total grill time varies from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the size and type of fish. So... our seabass is ready in less than 15 minutes. Looks and smells great! Cook it and you will like it!
