Nach Sturm Harry starten wir von Arbatax Richtung Cala Goloritze und Cala Luna. Was als perfekter Segeltag beginnt, endet mit hohen Wellen, einem geschlossenen Hafen und der Entscheidung umzukehren. Warum ein Plan B auf See entscheidend ist, seht ihr in diesem Video. Sturm Harry trifft Sardinien mit voller Kraft. Im Hafen von Arbatax erleben wir zum ersten Mal, was starke Böen mit unserem Katamaran machen. Wir sind geschützt – aber die Dimension ist deutlich spürbar. Als der Sturm nachlässt, legen wir ab. Sonne, stabiler Wind, gutes Tempo. Unser Ziel: Cala Goloritze und weiter nach Cala Luna. Doch vor Cala Luna passt die Vorhersage nicht mehr. Die Wellen laufen direkt vom offenen Meer in die Bucht. Ankern ist keine Option. Der nächste Hafen ist geschlossen. Der Wind nimmt zu. Wir müssen uns entscheiden. Als die Bedingungen schwieriger werden und Samuel Angst bekommt, ist klar: Wir brauchen eine sichere Alternative. Wir drehen um und suchen Schutz. Am Ende zeigt uns dieser Tag, was Segeln bedeutet: Vorbereitung ist wichtig. Manchmal dauert der Aufbruch länger als gedacht – zwischen Reparaturen, Hitze, Geburtstagskuchen und einem kleinen Hafen in Schlutup bei Lübeck warten wir darauf, endlich wieder die Leinen zu lösen. Wir liegen noch immer im kleinen Hafen von Schlutup bei Lübeck. Eigentlich wollten wir längst unterwegs sein – auf dem Weg nach Frankreich. Doch manchmal hat das Meer andere Pläne. Zwischen Reparaturen, langen Arbeitstagen und über 30 Grad vergeht der Herbst fast unbemerkt. Das Funkgerät muss umgemeldet werden, die Elektrik wird überholt und Simon baut neue Batterien ein. Währenddessen übt Valerie auf unserem kleinen Dinghi „313“ – benannt nach Donald Ducks Auto. Trotz aller Erschöpfung gibt es auch schöne Momente: Yoga-Stunden, Backen an Bord, Spaziergänge mit Budhi über Felder und Wiesen und Frühstückseinladungen bei Opa Hartmut, die sich anfühlen wie Weihnachten, Geburtstag und Muttertag zusammen. Doch nichts läuft so, wie wir es geplant hatten. Bestellungen kommen nicht an, Termine verschieben sich, und kurz bevor wir endlich ablegen wollen, passiert ein Unfall im Hafen.
