Après cette journée de calme, Spindrift 2 devrait accrocher une zone plus active à partir de demain samedi. Last Year a team of 20 and I took part in the Tri Malawi Challenge. It started with a 10 kilometre kayak across Lake Malawi, followed by a 195 kilometre cycle ride in 2 days up to the top of the Zomba Plateau and part way up Mount Mulanje, we then hiked up Mount Mulanje which was 1974 metres of ascent stayed the night at the top and hiked back down to Likhubula the following day. As a team we raised around £40,000 in order to combat new infections of HIV in the Mulanje Mission Centre. The song is Called Aftergold by Big Wild.
