We traveled through secret back way marsh creeks on our voyage to Driftwood Beach in Edisto SC with of our guest couples. Driftwood Beach has a beautiful beach - hard to get to, so know one is ever there. One one side is the ocean with pounding waves. On the other side is the marsh with cal creeks. Better go at high tide! Here's what we found.

Gourmet Fish soup with Mahi Mahi in Bequia - Sailing Nipe EP 10 Today we cook a very easy and good fish soup on sailing Nipe. We used our own Mahi Mahi that we caught on the Atlantic crossing, tasted wonderful!!( you can use any fish that you have at home) You can add a little aioli beside when you serve and maybe sourdough bread. Yummmmiieee Ingredients: Onion Garlic Ginger Chili flakes Coconut milk Fish broth Tomato pure Ketchup Carrot Potatoes Timjan Scallops or clams Mahi Mahi or white fish Salt and Peper 1: Frie up onion, garlic, ginger and chili flakes, put aside 2: Take coconut milk ad fish broth,tomato pure, ketchup,carrot, potatoes,timjan, salt and pepar. 3: Ad the onion mix. 4: Cook for 20-30min until the carrot and potatoes are soft. 5: Ad the fish and scallops/clams, cook for 3-5min, turn the heat off. 6: Let it rest for 2-3min before you serve. 7: Enjoy with sour dough bread.

Triton Bay is one of three regions that together with Raja Ampat and Cenderawasih Bay comprise the Bird’s Head Seascape of West Papua. This area is also famous for its beautiful corals and marine life. This still relatively unknown destination is full of treasures and fast becoming legendary for its beautiful soft corals, huge schools of fish and migrating whale sharks. The area has been protected since 2008, allowing fish stocks to recover from overfishing. Devoid of humans, the healthy, unbleached reefs have practically no garbage floating around. When not diving the fishy sites, there is amazing macro diving to be found. All five species of pygmy seahorse can be found with solid predictability – not only Denise and Bargibanti but also the very tiny species of Pontohi and Sotomi. The Paracheilinus nursalim flasher wrasse is found only in Triton Bay, Misool and South Raja Ampat.

A lot. In fact, when dealing with the world of boats, you tend to have to be consistently operating at a level of “peak elation” or happiness, simply to engage with clients, the products, insurers, authorities, crew, manufacturers, maintenance, and sales teams. It’s a big list of people, and they are all congregating here in Cannes this week. It has been a bizarre two years since we were last here. Our industry has always leaned on boat shows, like an old set of school nurse crutches. Nearly everyone in the industry feared missing out on a single show, so we set ourselves up for the circus. Run the show, pack it all up, move along and do our very own take on Groundhog Day over 40 times a year, across marinas and exhibition centres all over the world."
