Die Warnemünder Woche 2022 bei Rostock war das für mich bisher anspruchsvollste und zugleich spannendste Segelevent, seit ich im Finn Dinghy sitze. Die Bedingungen auf der Ostsee - und zwar dierekt auf der Ostsee und nicht in einer Bucht oder auf einer Förde wie in Kiel, flensburg oder Lübeck - sind besonders. Bei den gemessenen Windstärken um 30 Knoten sogar so besonders, dass der Großteil der Wettfahrten abgesagt wurde. Ich hatte aber dennoch viel Spaß und könnte mich überraschend schnell an die Welle gewöhnen. Ganz Sattelfest bin ich noch nicht, aber bereits die zwei Wassertage haben gezeigt: ausÜberwindug und Mut können Spaß und nachhaltige Begeisterung entstehen. Ostsee, ich komme sicher wieder nach Warnemünde. Tolles Revier und toller Hafen!
