Il noleggio, così come l'attenta cura e manutenzione delle imbarcazioni a vela adibite al noleggio ed al charter, è il naturale risultato di passione, lavoro ed esperienza. ProgettOceano svolge la sua attività di noleggio, bareboat, imbarchi individuali solo con le migliori imbarcazioni a vela di sua proprietà, essendo ProgettOceano fin dal 1999 società charter armatrice. La flotta è composta unicamente da imbarcazioni a vela Bavaria Yachts che sono scelte e selezionate anche per la più sofisticata ed esigente clientela. Per la stagione 2009 ProgettOceano si presenta alla sua clientela con una flotta completamente rinnovata, con barche a vela dai 50' ai 39', per poter soddisfare la richiesta di tutti gli equipaggi con barche a vela che vanno dalle tre alle cinque cabine. Nuovissimi, del 2008, le seguenti imbarcazioni a vela, sempre dei cantieri Bavaria Yachts, linea Cruiser: il 46' ed il 39'. Inoltre Progettoceano, a partire da quest'anno, amplia la sua flotta e la sua offerta integrando nuovissimi catamarani e nuove barche a vela con profili però più vicini alla regata, ma egualmente validi per una vacanza in barca a vela all'insegna del confort. Each year Snipes migrate to Florida for the Winter Circuit. The Don Q regatta at Miami's Coconut Grove Sailing Club is the center piece of that three race series. Sailed when there is often 12 inches of snow in the northern reaches of the US, more than 40 boats came to sail in 80 degree temperatures and 10 to 15 knot breezes. The Miami Snipe Fleet and Ross Palacios were instrumental in helping get this event onto tape.

Paul Cayard started racing the Bacardi Cup in 1980 as crew on Tom Blackallers Star boat. Paul was back in Miami this March after a four year hiatus in the Star to try his hand one more time. This year he teamed up with Austin Sperry who crewed in the Star boat at the 2008 Olympics.
