It was all about the painters this week as they raced against the ensuing storms to spray the first couple of layers of Awlgrip 545 primer. The painters weren't the only ones getting messy, Mey managed to paint most of her face as she tackled the various deck lockers. 2014 Palma World Cup of Sailing. These are the 49er and 49erFX Finals. Each final consists of 3 X 10 minute races in a confined area. The 49erFX races are up first followed by the 49er. Day 1 saw a rainy start to The BVI Spring Regatta. And with the rain came plenty of wind. Earlier in the week,competitors enjoyed the Festival portion of the BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival with light wind racing, a party on the beach, and a day dedicated to Tortola Island Heritage.
