A first day to remember for LINO SONEGO TEAM ITALIA in St. Petersburg where the best multihull specialists in the world, fight it out in Act 6 of the Extreme Sailing Series. The Italian team is on the podium, with a series of excellent results and a first place. First day of ACT 6 is led by the Austrian Red Bull Sailing Team, ahead of The Wave, Muscat and LINO SONEGO TEAM ITALIA, in third place. Today's result is very comforting because after a slow start, the team led by skipper Enrico Zennaro - which ranks at the helm the champion Arnaud Psarofaghis - has lined up a series of perfect results, crowned with a win, a second and two third places. Eight Extreme and their crews have faced in seven races characterized by very unstable winds. The overall winner has yet to be announced and anticipation is steadily building as the 46th edition of the Rolex Fastnet Race enters its final phase.
