An important part of the Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival is the Edensaw 2 day Boatbuilding Challenge. This year 5 teams took part, two 14ft racing dinghies, a coracle, a plywood rowing dory and a traditional dory being built entirely with hand tools Construction started 9am Friday morning, finish 1pm Sunday. The items I need to bring the installation up to code didn't show up. That's okay :) I still have to finish the box. I'm really looking forward to having a working stove! That'll make living aboard much more convenient. Summer is over and it's starting to get colder. Soon a hot meal will be a huge moral booster :-)
