Modern bio-hacking methods (cryotherapy, sensory deprivation tanks, infra-red saunas, and hyperbaric chambers), are being utilised in tandem with meditation, yoga, and breathwork. Whatever it takes to create the optimum life, we are willing to find it, and share it with our clientele and community. We believe that world-class people, deserve world-class experiences. This is just where we facilitate them. Our aim is to provide a space where those seeking can not only find world-class services, but can explore how to apply these to themselves. We are going to be part of the @miamiboatshow from Thursday-Saturday this week! We will be at the @raymarine @battlebornbatteries @ultra_marine_anchoring @highfieldboats @selden_mast @velaboatworks @ugowear booths at various times, as well as a 2 hour slot from 2-4pm on Saturday at the YouTuber booth handing out copies of @latitudesandattitudes magazines with us on the front cover!
