YOUNG CRUISERS LEARNING ON THE JOB: Attitude is everything - Episode 38

Just a couple of kids who quit their jobs to chase a dream. We left the security of every day life on land for the joys, pleasures and challenges that sailing provides. This week we continue our northward passage from Newry island to Shaw Island - our first stop in the famed Whitsunday Island group. Reminding ourselves that sailing on a shoestring doesn't always mean arriving in fashion, it means doing your best with what you've got. Josh wears in his 'new' and best wet weather jacket that he found in the rubbish at Mackay Marina (SCORE!), while Phoebe wears almost nothing at all, hey what ever floats your boat right? Between us we have enough to know we feel like the luckiest Kids in the world to be sailing our steel Adams 35, Innerbloom up the east coast together, enjoying the adventure.
