La Graciosa island is a favorite to many sailors and Canary natives. It has one of the few good anchorages of all the archipelago. The island has no roads because only the few residents living there have the right to have a car. After several months in the Canary islands, I've got myself prepared to go to places like La Graciosa. An anchor, experience and the official permission which is required to go there with a sailboat.
