This is IT! We're Setting Sail On Our BIG Adventure! This is when we leave the dock and the adventure begins aboard our sailing catamaran S/V Adventure Crews. It's been more than 2 years of planning, praying, and sacrificing to make this dream a reality. This feeling of freedom is surreal. We leave the Manatee River for the last time in the roughest conditions we’ve ever seen in the bay. We’ll sail 65 miles to Cayo Costa State Park, which is a quiet anchorage for the first leg of our trip to Key West. We're eager to see what the area looks like after it was impacted by Hurricane Ian earlier this year. There we will be exploring the anchorage and visiting charming Cabbage Key, Florida, which is famous for its bar. It's here where we FOUND Jimmy Buffett's MONEY!!!
