We made an offer on a Sailboat | S01E08

We are touring a 1982 Endeavour 40 Centre Cockpit. It is a beautiful boat! And checks most of the boxes for what we are looking for; Aft cabin, huge engine room, spacious galley, big vberth, and more. We get pretty serious about this one and take it out for a sea trial to see what it is like in action. We got lucky with a perfect day for it and lots of fun was had! We thoroughly go over this boat and the systems before considering even getting a survey. Lots to contemplate with this one. In the end, we do decide to put in an offer!
