In excellent condition this Sydney 38 has been lightly raced inshore with one delivery to the Whitsundays for Hamilton Island Race Week. With new standing rigging in 2015, her running rigging and deck hardware have been well looked after under a full boat cover. Utopia was purchased new by a well know Sydney Yachtsman and surveyor, and as a result has been very well maintained and updated. She is now on the market for the first time in 18 years.
