They’re Making Me Leave Thailand

Our time cruising Thailand takes another unexpected turn. Before leaving the boat, Nika decides to enjoy one last swim off the back — and apparently swimsuits are optional. Then it’s time for me to leave Thailand for a quick visa run to Singapore while Nika and the dogs move into an Airbnb on Koh Samui. I fly out, reset my visa, and make it back to Thailand ready to get aboard and continue sailing. Unfortunately, the boat has other plans. The manufacturer had already made one repair, but shortly after we return, another failure leaves us without a working generator or propulsion system. With the boat unable to move and more repairs needed, we’re forced to pack up again and head back to another Airbnb while the manufacturer tries to get everything working.
