First of all, the restaurant is in Bogota and it's called 'Incorrecto Cocina', which I thought was cute because they're calling themselves the Incorrect Kitchen, and we call ourselves the Incompetent Crew and I just feel like there's some sort of kindred feelings there. So anyways, without further ado, I present to you as much information as I could find about the courses we ate. Pre dinner spirits: Mante Manglar Viche award winning Colombian Made cane distillate First Course: Smoked Fish Tacachos slightly spicy, sautéed and smoked. Served with coastal sour cream sauce, roasted vegetables and pickled onion. Second Course: Unfried Aborrajados ripe plantain patties filled with paipa and pera cheese, served with chontaduro and guava Third Course: Baked Potato with Paipa Cheese pera cheese, hogao cooked in clay pot.
