In this episode; With KC and Lisa, after waiting out a day of bad weather in Sapodilla Lagoon we navigate Saltair3 through the turquoise blue but shallow and complicated waters out to paradise. About 30 miles from Placencia, out near the barrier reef is a gorgeous but small Caye known as South Water Caye.
