Sailing to Portugal’s Gem | The Douro Valley and the world’s longest suspension bridge! #15

Having sailed our yacht from Spain to Porto in Portugal we explore this beautiful place with it’s amazing architecture and bustling city vibe. We taste Port wine and explore the traditional fisherman’s village and community laundry still used by the women and head in to the city to see all that’s on offer. We then take a road trip up the magnificent Douro Valley famed for its terraced vineyards where the grapes are grown for the port wine. Whilst on our trip we take the opportunity to walk across the world’s longest and highest pedestrian suspension bridge!!!
