In this episode you will see what did sailing around the world look like before corona came to Europe. We arrive to Gibraltar during the night and take shelter in a Spanish harbor for a few days. This will leave us enough time to visite « La Linea » on the Spanish side, and show you the ruins of the Fort Saint Barbara. We will also go on a special quest to find a special tree to hang our ring and do one of our favorite mouvements: muscle up. This gymnastic mouvement helps you get over a fence or get out of the water onto your sailboat without a ladder. It can get really useful if you live on a floating nomad home. I will perform a scaled version of this mouvement, which is jumping muscle ups. You have a large choice of possible scales of every movement to find which one suits your fitness the most. This is why we love CrossFit so much. We will also take to an unconventional visit of the British Gibraltar. Our goal was to take you to the « Rock ». This is something you must see, when visiting, but at the moment of our visit there was no way to climb it and we didn’t have another option. The next day we were leaving to pass the straight of Gibraltar and arrive to the Atlantic. We then decided to find another special attraction. We walked through all the « peninsula » and arrive to the Southern Point of Europe from where we could admire Africa. Crazy feeling. This was a completely special day and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
