Sailing 1000 Miles to Avoid PIRATE Infested Waters, Our Longest and HARDEST Passage Yet | Episode 47

We are hoping to sail to Jamaica to join our friends, but we have a HUGE passage in front of us with numerous challenges, pirates only being one of them!! We need to fight strong currents, unfavorable winds, numerous shoals and shallow areas, and the known PIRATE WATERS around Nicaragua. We battle with a little sea sickness, low sleep and low food intake while encountering storms, super rough seas, all while under the treat of nearing known pirate waters which have claimed their fair share of yachts in recent years.
