Sail "Galiana": Greenland

"Galiana" wants YOU to come sailing with them. Based in Finland, this classic yacht is a 55-foot Swan Yawl and they are racing and cruising around the world. 2026 brought them around the Atlantic, with the last leg of the trip being part of the Viking Route: north from Nova Scotia, through the fjords of Greenland, offshore in the Northern Atlantic to Reykjavik, Iceland. This documentary joins the boat in Qaqortoq, Greenland, a fishing village with a population of about 3,000 people, only accessible by ship, plane or helicopter. Made up of the boat captain, customers, youth team members who are sponsored and the world-famous Tapio Lehtinen, this crew found every sauna and natural hot spring along the way, including Uunartoq Hot Springs.
