Our first meal onboard the boat and a full (but small) galley tour. We cook a prawn risotto with the wrong wine and what we have on board! Any questions please ask below! Ingredients for any one interested (for 2 people) All veg fine dice. - 2 x sticks of celery - 2 x cloves of garlic - 1 x carrot (optional) - 1 x Leek (optional) - 1 x shallot - 50g butter - 4 tsps extra virgin olive oil - 50g parmesan (more if you wish) - bunch of parsley - 200g raw prawns - 1 x bunch asparagus - 1 glass white wine (or red if you haven't got any) - 2 tsps white wine vinegar (or whatever you have to hand) - salt and pepper to taste Stock - All veg trimmings - Ideally fresh herbs but dry will do - Thyme, Bay leaves, Oregano - 1 x fish stock, veg stock or chicken stock - This recipe can be altered for chicken, mushroom, veg, pea and mint, lobster, monkfish, etc... the principle is the same as is the method. ( The key is a good stock thats the flavour the rice is taking) Thanks for watching!
