Last week, we watched, and learnt some of the skills involved in taking a crash damaged boat and building her back up, piece by piece. It's a lot of work. And as one end of our floating home is rebuilt another part of her is being taken apart. Meanwhile out in the Atlantic, Declan and Ivan are close to completing their 'Excellent Adventure'. Crossing the Northern Atlantic Ocean on a 106 year old cargo ship, carrying Organic coffee beans, rum and cocoa.
