Our OFF-GRID Life on a Sailboat in Indonesia

Our friends Cai and Georgia have flown all the way from Australia to join us for a taste of life at sea, and they're quickly discovering that living on a sailboat is about much more than crystal-clear water and tropical islands. Before we can relax, there's always another job to tackle, and this time it's our watermaker. Living off-grid means every system on board is important, especially when it provides our drinking water, cooking water, washing water, and allows us to stay at sea for weeks without needing a marina. Once the jobs are done, it's finally time for some adventure! We sail through changing weather, explore a stunning new anchorage, enjoy fresh fish caught straight from the ocean, and introduce Georgia to the incredible underwater world on her very first scuba dive. With Jesse being a qualified rescue diver, we keep the dive shallow and safe while showing her just how magical the reefs around Indonesia can be. From sailing through rough conditions to discovering one of the most beautiful anchorages we've ever found, this episode is a perfect reminder of why we chose this lifestyle. Every day brings new challenges, incredible scenery, and adventures we'd never experience living on land.
