OPTIMIST SAILING - How To Round Leeward Marks | [Light Conditions]

The Leeward Mark Rounding is an important technique to master when rounding the gate marks in the Optimist Course. Especially in light air, when using too much rudder can put on the brakes and slow all your speed. To be the best leeward mark rounder, you need to master all three controls: the main sheet, rudder and body.
