Old Skool One Pot Pressure Cooker on SVShadowfax.

I'm using this pressure cooker that my husband bought me. He says this is the "Way" the sailor's cook most of their meals since it cooks faster and is used on a stovetop. In this recipe for clam chowder, I substituted the dairy products for coconut oil and cream. The result was a richer tastier version of clam chowder without losing any of the flavor. This recipe can be done with a regular pot. Be sure to boil your potatoes until softened and then proceed wth the rest of the recipe. One Pot: IMUSA pot 7qt.
