Ocean Youth Sailing

Ocean Youth Sailing's goal is to teach kids and young adults about the environment and ocean sailing on their 45-foot catamaran. Their two-hulled floating classroom/dormitory was built by students who learned the arts of composite boat building. Here is a video of them sailing. On July 22nd, OYS posted on their Facebook page: We are huge fans of our Code Zero Sail! In 9.5 knots true wind speed we are sailing with 8.2 knots boat speed while simultaneously recuperating energy with our E-Motors.
