“At the beginning of 3Di we didn't have a product. JB worked alongside North Sails CEO, Dan Neri, and others on the North team to turn an idea into a complete game-changing sail technology. Since launching in 2010, 3Di sails have found success in many sailing circles - from inshore to around-the-world races, super yachts to small boat one design. In June 2017, the technology made a bold entrance to the cruising market with 3Di NORDAC, a modern application of sailing’s most trusted material: Polyester. While Dacron sails have always stood the test of time, their performance life is enhanced with 3Di by limiting stretch and offering more control over smooth, powerful sail shape.
