As well, a strong current is pushing me in the wrong direction. I slowly made my way between squalls which would generate some wind and turning on the engine. And once close to shore, I made sure to come in at high tide, because the boat had no depth gauge. There were tides up to 5 meters coming into the mouth of the river where I was supposed to dock.
