It’s time to lift anchor and say goodbye as we leave friends behind and continue sailing south along the coast of Spain. The wind is light, but the sea is kind — making for a relaxed and enjoyable day motor sailing along the shoreline. After spending the night in Blanes, we wake to calm seas and perfect conditions for learning. With very little pressure from wind or waves, Jude takes the opportunity to work on her sailing skills and gain more confidence at the helm. Sometimes it’s not about big winds or dramatic passages — just gentle days, steady progress, and learning as you go.
