**My Dad and Me — Before Everything Changed** Before my dad went into the Veterans Home, there were a lot of good days. Living with him wasn't always easy, but there were plenty of funny moments, ordinary moments, and memories that I wouldn't trade for anything. In this episode of *Starting Over*, I look back at what life was like with my dad and some of the experiences we shared while I was caring for him. At the time, I didn't realize how much those everyday moments would eventually mean to me. Then came the diagnosis. And suddenly, life with Dad was about to change.
