Leak at stern hawse fairlead - the last work in port side

I have learned a lot by mounting the hawsehole in starboard side so it was a bit more easy to drill holes and mount the port side the right way. The hawseholes must align with the toe rails in each side so they will not be hit again by the mooring piles when docking. But as always I run into trouble with one of the screws under the deck.
