Just after coffee the sky darkened and minutes later furious wind and rain of 70kts were unleashed. for over 30 minutes it lasted while I watched helpless from the cockpit of my boat. My mooring held, but a steel boat washed by just a few meters away. 10 boats ended up on the beach that day. I live on my boat and this was a day I will not forget. I was lucky not to have been smashed into by other boats
