Since she's been onboard, she told me about many of the times she's been seriously threaten by strange men to extreme points! Both while traveling alone , and even in her own home town! So naturally wanted to help teach her everything I can. So she can one day be as independent as possible. Deia is an excellent student. And as you'll see in this video, just one session of real practice makes a significant improvement to her defensive abilities. We both came away with many lessons learned. But we will both continue to grow & improve upon what we've done here. It's my hope that this video will start a dialogue about the multiple ways to women can defend themselves from would be attackers, and if it is a good option for that individual.
