Baking bread is probably not something one thinks about when sailing, but I have found that Sailboat Life is allot more about eating, than it is about sailing. You gotta eat. Can you make fresh baked bread on a small sailboat? I am using an ancient Einkorn flour. Einkorn is an ancient, unhybridized wheat with a nutty flavor, rich in nutrients (lutein, B vitamins) and higher in protein than modern wheat. It has weak gluten, making it easier to digest for those with sensitivities, though it is not gluten-free and unsuitable for celiacs.
