HELI RESCUE while SAILING in the UK

Whilst sailing in Cardiff, Wales last month, we were approached by a Coastguard Helicopter and after contacting us on the VHF, we realised they wanted to land on our boat. Here's the footage i got from one of the craziest experience of my life! Sorry if the noise of the helicopter is loud at points- It was hard to cut it out!
