We woke up in the cockpit by the Limestone cliffs and caves in Kleftiko, Milos, to a wonderful sunrise. Thru the night we felt some gusts coming in but nothing alarming. After coming to life we set sail bound for Naxos but found that winds were strong and gusts were sudden and intense. We had to reconsider about sailing to Naxos and took shelter at the Firiplaka beach on Milos before we set sail for Naxos the next day. We had winds and gusts of gale force on our way and quite gnarly waves sometimes. Sunglasses were salty and life was good!
