Ep 202 | Poking Around Anchorages in the Whitsundays, Sailing Nutshell

Magnus wrangles a dangerous snake and saves the girls from harm at the farm. We head off to Happy Bay on Long Island in the Whitsundays, with our youngest daughter, Emily who is staying with us during the pandemic. The once popular Long island Resort is now deserted. We think it is due to a previous cyclone, but we are not sure. Happy Bay isn’t so happy so we decide to leave and make a short sail to Sawmill Bay. It is such a beautiful bay that we wanted to share it with Emily. We take a lovely stroll along the beach and Magnus collects yet more oysters. We put down a few crab pots hoping to catch dinner.
