Ep 17 Magical Island of Gigha: secret gardens & delicious food

We are totally in love with the Isle of Gigha, it is the most beautiful place I think we have been so far. It had the most stunning beaches with white sand, fabulous flora and fauna and amazing food. The shop was well stocked and Ardmore Gardens are a must. Views from one coast to the other side were pretty special, and we woken up by mooing cows swimming in the sea. A truly unique place and we aim to come back for a longer visit if we can. Moorings are easy to pay for online, there is somewhere to dispose of rubbish but no access to water. At the end of the pontoon is a high quality restaurant called the Boathouse, but it is advisable to book if you wish to eat there as it gets extremely busy. This place will always be special in my heart, I loved it.
