E223 - Not for Beginners, Komodo’s Stunning Reefs & Dangerous Currents

Our Indonesian adventure continues as we sail towards the world-famous Komodo National Park, with a few unforgettable stops along the way. First, we visit the stunning Rangko Cave, swimming in its crystal-clear water before finishing the day with an incredible sunset overlooking Labuan Bajo from Sylvia Hill. The girls take a tour through Atlas Pearl Farm to learn how pearls are harvested, while later we hire scooters and wind our way through the hills to the beautiful Cunca Wulang Waterfall for a refreshing swim in the jungle. But the real adventure begins beneath the surface. We join a dive charter to explore some of Komodo’s most famous dive sites, experiencing some of the strongest currents we have ever encountered. The reefs are absolutely spectacular, packed with marine life, but these dives are definitely not for inexperienced or faint-hearted divers. From hidden caves and jungle waterfalls to adrenaline-filled diving in Komodo’s powerful currents, this was an experience we will never forget.
