Dumpy AIRSTREAM to DREAM Tiny Home? | DIY BUILD with NO Experience

Curious to see how we transformed this run-down vintage Airstream into our dream tiny home on wheels?! THIS EPISODE We take you back to January 2021, when we purchased this dumpy Airstream trailer with a vision to turn it into our dreamy mobile home: ► in JUST 60 DAYS, ► with very limited carpentry experience, ► on a small budget, ► while squatting on our friend's property, ► without a workshop.. in Canada during.. WINTER, ► while working full-time in healthcare amidst a PANDEMIC, ► whilst attempting to film the entire process! THIS is where it all began. It was our first time picking up our camera & learning how to talk to it (still very weird). Riveting, plumbing, electrical, propane systems, building cabinetry.. the list goes on. We learned how to do it ALL. AND it ​was dirty, disgusting, frustrating and very challenging. . In this first episode we take you on a tour of this 26ft. vintage AIRSTREAM Overlander (circa 1968) the day after we bought it (for $8000 on Kijiji). We talk through the plans for the build AND jump right into the DEMOLITION process! A decade working in healthcare has helped us both to appreciate the preciousness of this one beautiful life we've been given. Viewing TIME as our most valuable gift, we've been feeling an urgency in our lives to Live All Out! We decided to make some BOLD moves, hit PAUSE on our conventional careers & work full time, turning our DREAMS into reality.
